Chairman of the board Miroslava Klimantová (UNILEVER)
Miroslava is a graduate of the Ekonomicka univerzita in Bratislava. She worked for Coca-Cola HBC for two years as Key Account Manager. Since May 2006, she has been working for Unilever, where she has gone through several business and management positions. Since September 2016, she works as the Country Manager and Commercial Director of the Unilever for the Slovak Republic.
Since 2017 she has been a Chairman of the SZZV Board.
Vice Chairman
Vice ChairmanRobert Kičina (NESTLÉ)
studied management at the University of Economics in Bratislava and at City University of Seattle. From 2002 he worked for the Business Alliance of Slovakia as a Project Manager and later as its Executive Director. Since February 2015 he is a General Manager for Corporate Affairs in Nestlé. He became member of SZZV Board in 2015.
Petr Jonak (COCA-COLA HBC)
Petr Jonak (COCA-COLA HBC) Member of the board
Petr is a graduate of the Ekonomická univerzita in Prague. For five years he worked as an economic editor of ČTK. He was responsible for external communication at Škoda Auto and BMM Management. Since October 2016 he has been in the position of Head of External Communication and Communication Coca-Cola HBC for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. From April 2015 he is a member of the Presidium of the Union of Industry of the Czech Republic.

Erik Čížek (PERNOD RICARD) Member of the board
graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and the French business school ESC Dijon. He has been operating in the group Pernod Ricard since 2004 in various positions in marketing and sales. He helds position of the managing director of Pernod Ricard in Slovakia since July 2013. He has been a member of the SZZV Board since 2016.
Tomáš Kautský (MONDELEZ)
Tomáš Kautský (MONDELEZ) Member of the board
graduated at the Faculcy of Business and Economy of Mendel University in Brno, Czech republic. He works for Mondelez (previously Kraft Food) since 1996. In 2005 he became National Key Account Manager responsible for partners in Czech and Slovak republic.
He became member of SZZV Board in 2016.
Petr Šebek(PHILIP MORRIS SLOVAKIA)Member of the board
after he left the media field he began to work for External Relations of the newly created Autonomous Community of South Bohemia. After more than 8 years working for the regional government he became an advisor for regional development and transport of the ECR in the European Parliament. Since 2011 he has been working for Philip Morris. He became a member of SZZV Board in 2015.
Roman Kýr (HENKEL SLOVENSKO) Member of the board
worked at management positions in Bestfoods and Ferrero. Since 2001, he has worked at Henkel, where he held several positions within Europe. Since March 2017 he has been General Manager of Henkel for Laundry and Home Care in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Marián Jánoš (DANONE/NUTRICIA) Member of the board
Marián graduated from the Ekonomicka univerzita in Bratislava and received an MBA degree from the University of New York. For 15 years he worked for Mars, where he began his graduate program as a graduate trainee and graduated in marketing and worked as Marketing Director, Sales Director and in 2015 Mars Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He joined Danone in September 2016 as Country Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and since July 2017 he is Country Manager for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
Marian is member of SZZV Board since 2017.
Martin Tomovčík (PG)
Martin Tomovčík (PG) Member of the board
Martin is a graduate of the Department of Biology at Comenius University in Bratislava. After completing his studies, he worked as a consultant for the Ecotoxicology Center. Since 2011 he has been working for Procter and Gamble, where he is responsible for regulatory affairs for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Martin was the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of SZZV until 2016. He is member of the board back since 2017.


Executive director
Executive director Ľubomír Tuchscher
has been working in communication field for more than 10 years. He was responsible for the management of public relations in SPP, including the period of gas crisis in 2009. He directed the Department of Public Relations of the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Regional Development in the years 2010-2012 and he participated in building relationship with the third parties. He worked in PR agency Neopublic Porter Novelli. In May 2014 he became an Executive Director in charge of SZZV and in May 2012 he became an Executive Director.
